STAINING PROCESS
CWC uses the Ceetec A250 staining machine, with automated feeding. This machine provides a high-quality consistent finish as it is equipped with eight individually adjustable rotating brushes. Each board is sanded before the initial coat, with several nozzles on 4 sides the board is then flooded and back brushed to ensure proper saturation of stain.
Excess stain is filtered and recirculated so that there is no waste.
This process is designed to increase productivity and reduce waste; the speed and efficiency allows CWC to provide rapid turnaround at a competitive price.
STAIN APPLICATION: Our machine uniformly applies the stain to 1, 3, 4 sides based on your specifications. Proper saturation is assured by flooding and back brushing the material.
DRYING & CURING: The product is handled in a controlled environment with consistent temperature and moisture levels throughout the curing process. This allows for uniform drying and curing, which contributes to even finishes and colour on every board.
